The Rooftop Pioneer for Burundi, Nestor Ndizeye, has just visited Ngozi District to prepare for the Global Encounter and appoint the district coordinator.
Nestor says: “I thank God that Ministers received joyfully the ministry and the work, it was amazing. To God be Glory forever.”

In preparation for the Global Encounter on 1oth October 2020, Ntambwe Theos, The Rooftop Pioneer for D. R. Congo, has been involved in a ‘Care and Share‘ program.

On 5th January 2020 Boniface Ojode, The Rooftop Pioneer for Kenya, was able to mobilise some young people who are The Rooftop ambassadors (and some are in our Friends of Jesus program) to share the Good News to their fellow youths, and share food and other items with the needy.
Boniface says: “Glory to God and continue praying for our outreach ministry.”
The ‘care and share’ is going beyond the walls.

Emmanuel Ukachukwu Ejinma, The Rooftop Pioneer for Nigeria, met with some men and women in the local assembly in Imo State, South Eastern Nigeria as they made the decision to join Jesus in His Mission.
The Pastor of this local congregation is already one of the Global Encounter Coordinators in Nigeria. Also in attendance was a Pastor from a neighbouring State who has indicated his interest to work with the The Rooftop.
Please pray as Emmanuel continues to meet with Christians in the six geo-political regions in different villages, towns, cities and states.

Nestor Ndizeye, The Rooftop Pioneer in Burundi, has started visiting Provinces (Districts) in Burundi to prepare for the Global Encounter.
He has been able to teach church leaders and visit the place where the location of the Global Encounter in Burundi on 10th October 2020.

Rev. Koiwu Scott, The Rooftop Pioneer for Liberia completed a special workshop on Saturday, December 7,2019 to create the awareness about our upcoming Global Encounter and to share the vision and biblical foundation of The Rooftop.
He says: “Thank God for the attendance and the excitement that we saw in the eyes of the participants, as many confessed that our being there was an opportunity for an encounter with God.”
Throughout January 2020, there are a series of these workshops planned among church leaders, church workers, students in communities, towns, and cities in Liberia.

In Liberia, we have started making disciples. There was a one-day workshop among church leaders and church workers held on 7th December 2019.
Koiwu Scott, the National Pioneer for Liberia, was sharing the vision of The Rooftop and the importance and involvement of believers in the upcoming Global Encounter in October 2020.
They will also be hosting a number of workshops and prayer summits in communities, towns and cities, and are believing God for a great encounter and revival across the nation.

There is some great work going on across Sierra Leone, making disciples throughout every village, town and district, and seeing many people step forward to join Jesus in His mission.
The Rooftop in Sierra Leone are currently holding their first National Rooftop Summit (12th-14th December 2019) so there will be more updates soon from Elijah Valcarcel, our National Pioneer in Sierra Leone, on what is happening in this country.

Our National Pioneer in Kenya, Boniface Ochieng’Ojode, was recently able to run a workshop with young people in Mombasa County to engage with them about their role in the Kingdom of God, and how they can reach out to their fellow youth through evangelism.
As we approach the Global Encounter in October 2020, it is essential that we have young people on board too. Everyone needs to be involved if we are to effectively join Jesus in His mission and see many people repent and turn to God.
