He graduated from Bible College with a Diploma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Leadership.  Safari felt a calling to serve others by establishing the ‘He Is Like Me’ International Ministries, dedicating himself to serving the church, and improving his adopted community.

Safari has spent 20 years as a pastor in local evangelical churches in Uganda and as a missionary. He was appointed in 2024 as the Regional Pioneer for Europe. His passion is to help churches and individuals across the continent better tune into God’s heart for the lost, and more effectively join Jesus in His mission.

He is married to Amida Sarah and they are blessed with 4 children.
