Pastor Bobby Simpson, also known as Neeraj Kumar Simpson, was born and brought up in the state of Uttar Pradesh. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and Lord in 1994.
He received his calling from above on 17 June 1996, and came to Delhi in the same year. He spent 15 years under the leadership of Rev.Dr. Y.D.Jeyseelan and Pastor Lizy Jeyaseelan. He is married to Angelina Simpson and blessed with two grown up beautiful daughters. He leads Grace Upon Grace Church ministry in Delhi. Grace Upon Grace Church and Grace Upon Grace Society are registered organisations with the Government of India since 2011. He also has a hub for translation and voice-over in many languages. He is completely dedicated to join Jesus in His mission.
